An independent practice, kept small on purpose.
Sahana Global is an independent, boutique accounting and audit-support practice serving firms in the US, UK, Australia, and Canada. We handle the recurring compliance work behind other people's engagements: bookkeeping, close, year-end workpapers, and audit support, prepared to the standard the file will be judged against.
We started in 2018 with a narrow idea. The offshore-accounting category sells scale, cost, and certificates; almost nobody sells judgment. That is the lane we chose to stay in.

Sahana has spent twelve years in accounting and audit before this practice existed, across bookkeeping and close, year-end workpaper preparation, and audit support. The work has run through QuickBooks Online, Xero, Caseware, and Checkpoint, under IFRS, ISA, and US GAAP.
That range is the point. Non-profit, Government Auditing Standards, corporate, and forensic engagements each demand a different kind of care, and a firm's compliance work rarely stays in one lane. Sahana still reads the files that go out under the practice's name.
The firm stays deliberately small. It is easier to hold a standard when the person who set it is still doing the reviewing.

Why boutique
Small is the feature.
Scale is easy to buy and hard to review. We kept the practice small so the work stays answerable to one person.
One partner, not a pool
You deal with the person who does the work and stands behind it, not an account manager relaying to a rotating team offshore. Boutique means the founder still reads the files.
Judgment over volume
We take on the work we can do properly and turn down the rest. A practice that says no to the wrong engagement is worth more than one that says yes to everything and reviews none of it.
Answerable, by design
Independent means there is no chain of managers to hide behind. When something is wrong, you know exactly whose desk it stops at.
